Vector artwork is preferred for logos, outlines and text. Please contact us to confirm accepted file formats and image-resolution requirements.

Please ensure you have permission to use any artwork, logos or designs supplied for production.

From Design to Delivery

1. Project Review
We review your design, dimensions, quantity, packaging and delivery requirements.

2. Quotation and Specification Confirmation
We confirm pricing, tooling requirements, sample costs, minimum order quantity and estimated lead times.

3. Artwork and Sample Preparation
After the agreed specifications are confirmed, we prepare production artwork and the agreed sample.

4. Sample Approval
You review the sample’s appearance, dimensions, finish and relevant functional details. Any agreed changes are confirmed before bulk production.

5. Bulk Production
Production proceeds according to the approved sample and agreed specifications.

6. Inspection, Packing and Dispatch
Products are checked against the agreed requirements, packed and prepared for shipment.

Minimum order quantities, sampling times and production lead times vary by product, design complexity and order quantity. Project-specific details will be included in your quotation.
